Beginning on page 4, line 13 of the amendment, strike all of section 3
Renumber the remaining sections consecutively, correct any internal references accordingly, and correct the title.
EFFECT: Removes the provision of the bill that would eliminate the nonsupplant restrictions for the criminal justice sales and use tax, i.e., the nonsupplant restrictions are retained.
