    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.  Correct the title.

EFFECT:  Maintains the requirement that violations of the prohibition on a person operating a moving motor vehicle while holding a wireless communications device to his or her ear be enforced as a secondary infraction.  Removes an exemption from this prohibition for transit or for-hire vehicle operators.
