EFFECT:   Restores funding in the Recreation and Conservation Office for the Biodiversity Council ($92,000 General Fund-State) and for salmon recovery data coordination ($78,000 General Fund-State).

FISCAL IMPACT:

           Increases General Fund-State by $170,000.
