    On page 104, after line 31, insert the following:

    "(10) In the event that the authority markets a non-subsidized version of the basic health plan, the authority must also provide information on other health care coverage options to potential clients."

EFFECT:   Requires the Health Care Authority to provide information on alternative health coverage options if it markets a non-subsidized Basic Health Plan program.

FISCAL IMPACT: None.
