    On page 68, line 26, increase the general fund-state appropriation for fiscal year 2011 by $5,833,000

    On page 68, strike all material on lines 36 and 37

    On page 69, line 2, correct the total.

    On page 285, line 15, strike "$39,480,000" and insert "$34,522,000"

EFFECT:  Funding for operating costs for the Department of Social and Health Services Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration's (JRA) Maple Lane School is restored.  With this increase in General Fund-State funding, no JRA facility closure will be assumed in the budget.

FISCAL IMPACT:

           Increases General Fund-State by $5,833,000.

           Reduces Other Funds by $4,958,000.
