    On page 3, line 15, after "into the" strike all material through "83.100.230" on line 16 and insert "foster care endowed scholarship trust fund established under RCW 28B.116.050 solely for financial aid to foster children"

EFFECT:   Eliminates the transfer of portions of unclaimed prize money from the State Lottery Account to the Education Legacy Trust Account and instead transfers the money from the State Lottery Account to the Foster Care Endowed Scholarship Trust Fund.
