    On page 2, line 9, after "expenditures." insert "Moneys in the account shall not be commingled with moneys in the state treasury for cash management and cash balance purposes."

    On page 2, line 28, after "expenditures." insert "Moneys in the account shall not be commingled with moneys in the state treasury for cash management and cash balance purposes."

EFFECT:   Prohibits the State Treasurer from commingling Lottery funds with other funds for the purpose of cash management and cash balance.
