    On page 15, after line 26, insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION.  Sec. 602.  If the national streamline sales tax agreement is not amended by June 1, 2010 to allow for the sales tax to apply to bottled water, this act is null and void."

EFFECT:   Provides a null and void clause if the national streamline sales tax agreement is not amended to permit the sales tax to apply to bottled water.
