(d) Up to fifty megawatts of electricity from a generation facility
located in the Pacific Northwest that is powered by water and that has
been relicensed after 1985 by the federal energy regulatory commission
under the federal power act"
EFFECT: Up to 50MW of hydroelectricity from a facility in the PNW, relicensed after 1985, is an eligible renewable resource.
