On page 112, line 5, after "406," insert "1901, 1902, 1903, 1904,"
On page 112, after line 24, insert the following:
"NEW SECTION. Sec. 2217 Sections 1901, 1902, 1903, and 1904 take
effect at such time the national streamline sales tax agreement is
amended to allow for the sales tax to apply to bottled water."
Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
EFFECT: The bottled water sales tax and the exemptions from the tax do not take effect until the national streamline sales tax agreement is amended to allow for bottled water.
