    On page 1, line 6 of the title, after "29A.72.290;" strike the remainder of the title and insert "and repealing RCW 43.135.041, 29A.72.283, and 29A.72.285."

EFFECT:   Strikes the emergency clause.  Bill would take effect 90 days after session.
