    On page 225, beginning on line 24, strike all of sections 922 and 923

    Renumber remaining sections consecutively and correct internal references. 

    Correct the title.

EFFECT: Deletes the reauthorization of the Washington State Transportation Commission's pre-existing authority to set and modify ferry fares, toll charges, and administrative fees as appropriate for the Washington State Ferry System, the SR 167 high occupancy toll lane pilot project, the Tacoma Narrows bridge, and the SR 520 corridor. Deletes an appropriation for the SR 520 corridor related to these charges and fees. 

FISCAL IMPACT:

           Reduces Other Funds by $5,000.
