    On page 54, after line 29, insert the following:

    "(d) No resident shall be moved from either Frances Haddon Morgan Center or Yakima Valley School unless and until the department has the appropriate and suitable community option and services available as specified in the client's individual habilitation plan."

EFFECT: Prohibits the department from moving clients from Frances Haddon Morgan Center or Yakima Valley School until the department has appropriate community options as specified in the client's individual habilitation plan.

FISCAL IMPACT: No changes to appropriated levels.
