    On page 3, beginning on line 7, strike all of subsection (iii)

EFFECT:   Deletes a provision of the underlying bill that bans a county that has adopted a resolution removing itself from the full planning requirements of the Growth Management Act from opting back in to voluntary planning for at least ten years.
