    On page 2, line 1, after "Any" strike "entity receiving state funds" and insert "osteopathic or allopathic medical school receiving state funds or authorized by the higher education coordinating board"

EFFECT:   Removes entities receiving state funds from the prohibition against entering into agreements that prohibit hospitals and physicians from providing student clinical rotations and replaces them with osteopathic or allopathic medical schools that either receive state funds or are authorized by the Higher Education Coordinating Board.
