EFFECT:  Changes the definition of "compensation."  For the purposes of satisfying the requirements of an enforceable surrogacy contract under the bill, the contract must require that the woman acting as a surrogate have access to interpreter services at her request for all meetings with the fertility clinic and the intended parent or parents.
