    On page 2, at the beginning of line 30, strike "services" and insert "delivery of a child under a surrogacy contract"

    On page 38, beginning on line 23, after "at least" strike all material through "amount" on line 25 and insert "one million dollars.  The intended parent or parents may not be beneficiaries of the life insurance policy"

EFFECT:   Changes the definition of "compensation."  Provides that the life insurance policy the woman acting as a surrogate must obtain must be for at least $1 million (rather than $250,000 or a lesser amount if she is unable to obtain that amount).  Provides that the intended parent or parents may not be beneficiaries to the life insurance policy.
