    On page 2, at the beginning of line 30, strike "services" and insert "delivery of a child under a surrogacy contract"

    On page 46, beginning on line 18, strike all of section 72

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   Changes the definition of "compensation."  Removes the section requiring that any action taken by an agency to implement the act must be accomplished within existing resources and that any costs incurred by the Administrative Office of the Courts to modify the Judicial Information System must be paid from the Judicial Information System Account.
