    On page 2, beginning on line 34, after "Sec. 4." strike the remainder of the section and insert "Prior to providing services to a person seeking services, a limited service pregnancy center shall provide a written disclosure to the person seeking services that describes the center's mission and the services it offers."

EFFECT:   Deletes a requirement that limited service pregnancy centers disclose, in a specific manner and in certain languages, to persons seeking services that it does not provide abortion or comprehensive birth control services, or referrals to such services, or medical care for pregnant women.

Requires the center to provide a written disclosure that describes the center's mission and services.
