    On page 3, line 20, after "(ii)" strike "In at least all primary languages, clearly" and insert "Clearly"

    On page 4, beginning on line 7, after "test" strike all material through "act" on line 11 and insert "immediately after the test is completed"

EFFECT: Removes all requirements related to providing disclosures or other information in the state's primary languages or in a person's first language.
