    On page 3, at the beginning of line 20, strike "(ii)" and insert "(b)"

    On page 3, at the beginning of line 23, strike "(iii)" and insert "(c)"

EFFECT:  Removes the requirement for centers to provide the mandatory disclosures orally on first contact with a person seeking services.
