    On page 3, beginning on line 1, after "center" strike all material through "services" on line 2 and insert "cannot in good conscience provide any services that would result in the termination of life, nor does it benefit financially from any of the services it provides"

    On page 3, beginning on line 3, after "That the" strike all material through "services" on line 5 and insert "center's mission and ethics will not allow the provision of referrals to individuals or organizations for services that would result in the termination of life"

    On page 3, beginning on line 6, after "(c)" strike all material through "women" on line 7 and insert "If applicable, the center follows all state and federal laws that relate to the provision of medical services to pregnant women"

EFFECT:   Deletes the requirement for a center to disclose that it does not provide abortions or abortion referrals, comprehensive birth control, or medical care for pregnant women.

Requires a center to disclose that: (1) it cannot in good conscience or by its ethics provide services or referrals that would result in the termination of life, (2) it does not benefit financially from its services, and (3) if it provides medical services, it follows all related state and federal laws.
