On page 80, after line 30 of the amendment, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 7028 FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL ADMINISTRATION
The department of general administration shall transfer approximately two hundred twenty-five acres and any structures located at the north cascades gateway center to the city of Sedro Woolley."

Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Transfers the North Cascades Gateway Center to the city of Sedro Woolley.
