    On page 2, after line 33, insert the following:

    "(3) Before a school district may incorporate new open source material into its curriculum, the school district must submit the open source material to the legislature for review and approval."

    Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   A new requirement is added, directing the school districts to submit new open source material to the legislature for review and approval prior to incorporation into the district curriculum.
