    "The committee shall review the benefits of extending binding arbitration rights under chapter 41.56 RCW to employees of public hospital districts.

    (c)"

EFFECT:  Adds review of the benefits of extending binding arbitration rights to employees of public hospital districts to the responsibilities of the committee.
