On page 1, beginning on line 16 of the amendment, after "uses" strike "propulsion units powered solely by electricity" and insert "a fuel or propulsion type that is not subject to the payment of a motor vehicle fuel tax"
EFFECT: Applies the $100 annual renewal fee to any motor vehicle that uses a fuel or propulsion type that is not subject to the payment of a motor vehicle fuel tax, and removes the requirement that the propulsion units be powered solely by electricity.
