On page 2, line 19, after "(3)" insert "The contents of the rules
adopted under this section, and the conclusions drawn from the pilot
program, must be subjected to both blind and open peer review by the
appropriate scientific community with anonymous peer reviewers. Upon
the completion of the peer review, the results, along with a
compilation of dissenting opinions, must be made available for
publishing and transmission to the appropriate committees of the
legislature.

EFFECT: Requires peer review of the cougar hunting rules adopted by the fish and wildlife commission and any conclusions drawn from the pilot program.
