On page 63, at the beginning of line 21, strike "the pollution liability insurance agency,"
Renumber the remaining sections consecutively, correct any internal references accordingly, reletter the subpart headings accordingly, and correct the title.
EFFECT: Removes the provisions of the bill changing the character of the pollution liability insurance agency (PLIA) from an independent state agency to a program within the department of ecology.
