    On page 8, beginning on line 11 of the amendment, after "(8)" strike all material through "(9)" on line 17

    Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively.

EFFECT:  Removes the fiscal agent's administrative cost cap of ten percent of funds appropriated for the Washington State Economic Development Commission's personnel costs and three percent of funds in the Washington State Economic Development Commission Account.
