On page 5, line 24 of the amendment, after "account;" strike "and"
On page 5, line 38 of the amendment, after "session" insert "; and
(e) Express net revenues available for expenditure from the general
fund and related funds in terms of gross revenues and impacts to those
revenues from tax preferences. "Gross revenues" do not include tax
preferences excluded from the tax preference review process under
chapter 43.136 RCW and property tax exemptions. "Tax preference" has
the same meaning as provided in chapter 43.136 RCW"
EFFECT: Requires the impact of tax preferences on state revenues to be explicitly identified in the budget outlook.
