On page 3, beginning on line 5, after "for" strike all material through "response" on line 6 and insert "actual costs that are incurred that are proportionate to the fire itself"
EFFECT: Provides that the property owner or owners must reimburse an agency initiating fire fighting services on unprotected land for actual costs that are incurred that are proportionate to the fire itself.
