    On page 1, line 22 after "that" remove the strike out and retain "(a)"

    On page 1, line 23 after "employees" insert "and has not offered insurance for at least six months" and remove the strike out down through and including line 24 and retain ", and (b) at least fifty percent of the employer's employees are low-wage workers."

EFFECT:

· Changes eligibility for the small employers that can participate in the Health Insurance Partnership program:

· Adds a requirement that employers must not have offered insurance for at least six months

· Removes the strike out and retains the requirement that employers have at least 50% of their employees as low-wage workers
