On page 3, line 30 of the amendment, after "act" insert "; and
(3) Expand any Indian tribe's civil or criminal jurisdiction, if any, over non-Indians or fee title property"

EFFECT: Clarifies that a civil or criminal retrocession accomplished pursuant to the procedure in the act does not expand any Indian tribe's civil or criminal jurisdiction, if any, over non-Indians or fee title property.
