On page 4, line 29, after "education" insert ". The representative appointed under this subsection (2)(c)(iii) shall excuse himself or herself from voting on matters relating primarily to institutions of higher education"
EFFECT: Adds that the representative of the state's K-12 education system on the Student Achievement Council must excuse himself or herself from voting on matters relating primarily to public institutions of higher education.
