    On page 110, after line 32, insert the following:

    "(16) In accordance with RCW 43.135.055, the department is authorized to adopt fees set forth in and previously authorized by the following statutes:

    (a) RCW 70.275.120, mercury light generation fee; and

    (b) RCW 70.94.151, gasoline vapor registration fee and greenhouse   gas

emission reporting fee."

EFFECT:  Allows the Department of Ecology to increase fees for mercury light generation, gasoline vapor registration, and greenhouse gas emissions.

FISCAL IMPACT: Unknown
