On page 2, line 34, after "tribe in" strike "1968" and insert "1969"
On page 2, line 35, after "tribe in" strike "1971" and insert "1972"
EFFECT: The amendment clarifies that the federal government accepted Washington state offers to retrocede jurisdiction in 1969 and 1972. In both cases, the state had made the offers in the preceding year.
