    On page 7, line 17, after "students." strike "A charter school may give an enrollment preference to children of the charter school's founders, board members, and full-time employees as long as these students constitution no more than ten percent of the school's total enrollment."

EFFECT:   Strikes the authority for a charter school to give enrollment preference to children of the founders, board members, and full-time employees of the school.
