On page 3, after line 5, insert the following:
"NEW SECTION. Sec. 4 "Religious organization" as defined in this
chapter must be interpreted liberally to include faith-based social
service organizations involved in social services directed at the
larger community."
Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
EFFECT: Clarifies that all faith-based social service organizations are covered under the definition of "religious organization."
