On page 1, line 12, after "Documentation" strike "of the person's status as a victim of" and insert "that the actor is named as a current victim in an information or the investigative records upon which a conviction is obtained for"
EFFECT: The documentation required to establish the affirmative defense is clarified. The person claiming the affirmative defense must provide documentation that she or he is named as a current victim in an information or the investigative records upon which a conviction is obtained for trafficking, promoting prostitution in the first degree, or trafficking in persons under the federal trafficking in persons protection act.
