    On page 2, line 9, after "work", insert "at or below the ordinary high water line"

    On page 9, line 3, after "June 30,", strike "2017" and insert "2015"

    On page 9, line 21, after "June 30," strike "2017" and insert "2015"

     Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Specifies the definition of a hydraulic project as the construction or performance of work at or below the ordinary high water line.  Moves the expiration of hydraulic project approval fees from June 30, 2017, to June 30, 2015.
