Authorizes counties to establish and operate juvenile gang courts and requires them to track and document data regarding the criteria that led to a juvenile's admission to gang court, the successful or unsuccessful completion of juvenile gang court requirements, and subsequent criminal charges of juvenile gang court participants; and to provide the data to the administrative office of the courts.

Requires the administrative office of the courts, subject to funding for this purpose, to study the data provided by the counties.
