Privatizes the sale of liquor.

Requires the liquor control board to: (1) Close all state liquor stores and state liquor distribution facilities; and

(2) Sell at auction all assets pertaining to the state sale and distribution of liquor.

Provides for submission of the act to a vote of the people.
