    EFFECT:   

Technical amendment to correct drafting errors.

 

Office of Financial Management:  Corrects an internal reference in language for the Technical Incentive Funding Model Task Force.

Fiscal Impact:  None.

 

Department of Health:  Corrects an error in calculation of appropriations related to the public health transfer.

Fiscal Impact:  Increases General Fund--state by $291,000.

 

Superintendent of Public Instruction:  Corrects a drafting error that resulted in an inadvertent increase to the appropriation.

Fiscal Impact:  Decreases General Fund--State by $50,000.

 

Student Achievement Council:  Corrects an internal reference.

Fiscal Impact:  None.

 

Department of Early Learning:  Corrects a typographical error in the appropriation (transposed digits).

Fiscal Impact:  Decreases General Fund--State by $27,000.

 

Task Force on Career Education:  Deletes an inadvertently retained reference to capital facilities in the strategies to be considered by the Task Force.

Fiscal Impact:  None.

 

    NET FISCAL IMPACT:

           Increases General Fund - State by $214,000.
