    On page 1, line 5 of the amendment, after "technical college" insert ". This requirement may be waived if the county already has a ballot drop box within one mile of the campus"

EFFECT:   Waives the requirement that the county auditor or local election official place a ballot drop box at a campus, if there is already a ballot drop box within the county within one mile of the campus.
