    On page 4, line 6 of the amendment, strike "leased energy system" and insert "utility-owned or a utility customer-owned system"

    On page 4, beginning on line 10 of the amendment, strike all of subsection "(7)"

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Prohibits the electricity generated by a leased energy system from qualifying as eligible electricity under the renewable energy cost recovery program.  Qualifies the electricity generated by utility-owned or utility customer-owned systems as eligible electricity under the renewable energy cost recovery program. Removes the definition for leased energy systems.
