    On page 10, beginning on line 24, after "include" strike ":

    (a) Damages" and insert "damages"

    On page 10, beginning on line 27, after "rate" strike all material through "costs" on page 11, line 18 and insert ".

    (2) A judicial appeal from the director's determination may be taken in accordance with chapter 34.05 RCW"

    Correct the title.

EFFECT: Strikes provisions specifically identifying as appropriate relief liquidated damages, compensation to the Department of Labor and Industries for the costs of investigating and remedying a violation, attorneys' fees and costs, and equitable relief.  Strikes civil penalty for violation of notice and posting requirement. Strikes attorneys' fees and costs in judicial appeals.
