    On page 2, beginning on line 32, strike all of section 3

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

    Correct the title.

EFFECT:   Removes the provision which requires the Deputy Prosecuting Attorney to file an information, charging a juvenile with a criminal offense, where a juvenile has three prior diversions on his or her record.  Current law requires the Deputy Prosecuting Attorney to file an information where a juvenile has two prior diversions on his or her record.
