    On page 3, line 34, after "RCW," insert "and, except for recoveries under Chapter 43.20B RCW, receipts from any other civil or criminal action to recover Medicaid related funds pursued by the attorney general"

EFFECT:  Directs all Medicaid related penalties and recoveries from civil or criminal actions to the Medicaid Fraud Penalty Account except for those related to revenue recovery for the Department of Social and Health Services.
