    On page 4, line 21, after "share" insert "contributions to a nonprofit debt adjuster"

EFFECT:   Clarifies that only nonprofit debt adjusters may receive fair share payments exempt from the 15% fee limitation and from the prohibition on receiving payment from persons other than the debtor.
