    On page 2, line 12, after "consists of" strike "eleven" and insert "twelve"

    On page 2, line 18, after "counties," insert "one member appointed by the chair of the commission from among three candidates provided by a statewide association representing county officials,"

EFFECT:  Increases the number of members of the local government fiscal health commission (commission) from eleven to twelve.  Adds one member to the commission that is appointed by the chair from a set of three candidates provided by a statewide association representing county officials.
